What we collect

Only what you give us voluntarily when filling out the booking form (name, email, brand and notes) and basic browser technical data needed to keep the site running.

Purpose

Handle your meeting request and the conversation that follows it.
Improve site experience via anonymous, aggregated metrics.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Legal basis

Your consent when sending the form, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site operational and secure.

Retention

Form data is kept for as long as the conversation lasts and up to three years after, unless you ask for its earlier removal.

Third parties

We use external providers to send emails (Resend) and host the site (Vercel). No third party accesses your data for their own use. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, delete, object to or restrict the processing of your data by writing to hola@odem-studio.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
